Things we do in certain circumstances

This section sets out details of practices and procedures as referred to in clause 14 of the Rules
 
If an overpayment is made to us

If an overpayment is made at any time, we will hold this payment and use it to make up any payments that may be missed in the future.

All overpayments that have not been used will be returned in full if your plan is cancelled.

If our contact details for you are incorrect

If mail we send to you is returned to us, we will retain further letters to you in our file relating to you until such time as you supply us with a current address.


If a person is appointed as a Nominee more than once

We will endeavour to ensure that no person becomes a Nominee more than once. If this happens, we will treat the original nomination as valid and will return all money paid in respect of a subsequent nomination or nominations.
